Urban Planner/ Civil Engineering/ Architect
Educational Qualification:
Candidates with an M. Plan degree and AutoCAD knowledge will be eligible for empanelment. Graduates in B.Plan/B.E Civil/ B.Arch must have a minimum of 2 years of experience along with AutoCAD knowledge Diploma in Civil Engineering must have a minimum of 5 years of experience along with AutoCAD knowledge
Required Skillset:
The Candidate shall possess the following skills:
– Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD software is necessary. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drawings if they don’t have an M.Plan degree. – Candidate should have a degree certificate from a recognized university/college. The Post Graduate/Graduate should be from a recognized university/college, and a copy of relevant certificates shall be furnished.
– Applicants shall have working knowledge in document scrutiny (in verifying Revenue details, viz. sale deeds, ownership documents, FMB sketch & Patta)
– Candidate will be required to carry out site inspection and prepare inspection report.
