POST NAME: Clinical Psychologist (Male) (Consultant)

PAY SCALE: Rs.32.000/-

QUALIFICATION: Essential: i. M. Phil in Clinical/ Rehabilitation Psychology.
Or
ii. M.Sc./ M.A Psychology with Specialisation in Counselling Psychology with two years’ experience in the field.
Note: The selected candidate will be required to work on 24 x 7 Mental Health Helpline.
Must be able to communicate well in English and Tamil.

Note:
 This engagement will be purely temporary and only for a period of 89 days and the engagement will cease
after the 89th day without any notice. Renewal of engagement for further 89 days is subject to project need
and performance.
 The incumbent will be paid consolidated honorarium only. No other allowances such as DA/ HRA/ MA/
GPF/ NPS and other allowance will be admissible.
 The incumbent will have NO RIGHT to claim for any regularization or extension/ renewal of engagement
in any circumstances.

 A processing fee of Rs. 500/- by way of demand draft drawn in favour of the Director, NIEPMD payable
at Chennai should accompany the application. SC, ST and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of
the processing fee. Applications sent without processing fee will not be entertained.
